How to Enter: To enter, complete and submit the above online entry form. All entries must be entered with the online form and be received between January 1, 2008 and December 31, 2008. Mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. You may obtain an official entry form by writing to: Jantek Industries Entry Request, 230 Rt 70 East, Medford, NJ 08055. Only one entry is permitted per household during the sweepstakes entry period.

Selection of Winners: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Jantek Industries, LLC. All prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified by mail or telephone. Limit one prize to an individual or household. Prizes are nontransferable and no substitutions are allowed. Jantek Industries, LLC. assumes no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of prize. Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the individual winners. No purchase is necessary to win. In the event that a winner has purchased a Jantek product that is all of or a part of their prize between the time of their entry and the time of the drawing, such prize winner may elect to receive the retail value of that prize in lieu of the product or products. Winners may be required to verify address or execute an affidavit of eligibility and release within 14 days of notification attempt. Entry constitutes permission to use winners' names and likenesses for promotional purposes without further compensation. No responsibility is assumed for lost, misdirected, illegible or late entries or mail.

Prizes:
Grand Prize: Triple glass, fusion welded vinyl insulated replacement windows for entire home. Sashes completely reinforced with extruded aluminum for strength. All hardware anchored into aluminum. Master frames are foam filled. Exclusive windjammer system seals between sash and frames. Limit 20 windows. Prize does not include basement, garage, or mobile home windows.
Second Prize: Winner's choice of a bay or bow window.
Third Prize: Sliding Patio Door. All prizes include installation by the closest local participating dealer. Jantek reserves the option of providing a local installation company in the event that a dealer is not located nearby.

Eligibility Requirements: Sweepstakes open to residents of states where there are participating dealers, who are homeowners, 18 years of age or older, except employees and their families of Jantek Industries LLC, its parent company and its subsidiaries or participating dealers. This offer is void wherever prohibited by law.

Privacy: Participants in the "Houseful of Windows 2008 Sweepstakes" create a business relationship with Jantek Industries, LLC and it's local sponsoring dealer and Jantek and it's dealer reserves the right to contact each participant regarding future promotions and offers. Participants names will not be shared with other parties.

Odds: The odds of winning are determined by the number of entries received during the Sweepstakes entry period. A purchase is not necessary to enter, and will not improve the chances of winning.
